The mission of SportAbility of Iowa is to improve the quality of life for individuals with physical disabilities and help them develop their full potential through recreation, sport, social integration and community involvement.

Through our programs, participants often experience:

• Increased self-esteem
• A sense of independence
• Enhanced mental and physical health
• Decreased isolation and access to greater social supports
